XTCERA features an improved glass ceramic structure enhanced with Lithium DiSilicate, which strengthens the glass matrix by interlocking microscopic rod-shaped molecules. Compared to traditional microcrystalline glass, this material has a densely interlocked molecular structure, resulting in greater overall strength. The nanocrystal structure offers higher compressive strength (up to 450 MPa), better light transmission, and a superior surface finish.
XTCERA Glass Ceramic is ideal for use in digital CAD/CAM processes and can be used for single-visit chairside restorations, e.g. crowns, inlays, onlays, and minimally invasive veneers (0.2mm).
XTCERA Glass Ceramic offers strong mechanical strength and durability, with high translucency, providing natural and lifelike esthetics.
